Gail joined St Martins Care Home in December 2020 and has worked in the care sector for over 20 years, starting as a carer she developed a keen interest in the management side of care homes and worked her way up to manager. Gail is passionate about the care industry, safeguarding, health and safety enjoys making residents' lives as comfortable as possible and has fantastic bonds with residents and their families. Gail is very approachable and goes above and beyond for residents, families and her staff members. During the 20 years, Gail has managed larger homes and has taken on the role at St Martins to be part of the new and improved home which is currently being refurbished to a very high standard. Gail is fully qualified and trained in the Care sector and holds a level 5 in Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care.

Carol is a hard-working Senior Carer and has been acting as deputy manager. Carol is very caring and passionate.
Carol is also responsible for the day-to-day care of residents ensuring their care and needs are being met at all times.
Carol has been working at St Martin's for 2 years but has been in the Care industry for over 20 years. Carol is dedicated and hard-working and goes above and beyond for everyone. Carol is a fully qualified senior carer and is fully trained. Carol is also given extra duties such as staff rotas etc and will help the manager by stepping in at times when needed.
