The Activity Co-ordinator is truly awesome, isn't she? Everything she does is for the residents and wants to make it a really fun home to be in. So many of the reviews talk about the wonderful care the home gives and although we do love to hear that, it's nice also to see comments such as it's clean, as this really gives a boost to the domestic staff who take so much pride in making sure the home is clean and tidy for everyone. We all know how hard it has been for relatives, as well as the residents, not to be able to see their loved ones, especially during the ‘lockdowns’. It’s been so wonderful to open up the home again and see family, friends and advocates coming back into the home. It feels like we are finally getting back to some normality. It's lovely how you have mentioned all the different roles in the home as they all work so closely together as a team. It’s been a truly difficult time for the staff and the residents in the home and we are all missing the relatives and friends that often visited. I also believe that the staff in this home all care so much for the residents they look after and we will continue to do so. We keep everything crossed and it continues in our prayers that one day this will all be over and we can look forward to having family and friends come back in the home to celebrate special events or just for a chat and cuppa.
