Thank you for your review, we appreciate and value all feedback. We are very sorry to hear about your concern regarding the lift. We have been very lucky with the consistent runnings of the lift.
However as you have highlighted, there have been some minor problems and unfortunately with most lifts mechanical issues can and do happen, but rest assured that it is never for an extended period of time. We always strive to ensure prompt repairs and minimize any inconvenience caused.

When a Review is submitted by someone who has previously submitted a Review, only the latest Review will count towards the Review Score.
If a Care Home does not have a review in the last 24 months, then it will not have a Review Score.
