I’m sincerely sorry that this situation is still ongoing. Upon reviewing the situation at EachStep Blackley with the management team at the home, we are going to be buying a household mobile phone that can be used by the people we support to receive calls from their loved ones in private. This should alleviate the difficulty in supporting your loved one to speak with you on our new phone system while we look on a more permanent solution.
We will ensure the management team at the home contact you to inform you of the telephone number and how to arrange for colleagues to support your loved one with a call if necessary.
