This home is the best from the manager to the cleaners. They treat residents with the utmost love, respect and dignity. Nothing is too much trouble and they always make you feel welcome and keep family well informed of what is happening. I find I cannot thank them enough for the care they gave my dad.

Thank you for your lovely comments, Elaine. It was a pleasure looking after your Dad and I thank you for choosing Wellfield. Your families' support for your Dad and us never went unnoticed. Take care.

My Dad stayed here for respite in the middle of 2019. He was very happy and got on well with all staff. He was treated with dignity which is really important to our family. The staff are lovely and caring and had a true affection for him. The home is bright and has a very homely feel. Whenever I visited
there was always things to do although my Dad chose not to always join in. Food always looked good with plenty of choice and help to eat it if required and my Dad gained weight whilst he stayed here.
The manager was very approachable and always had time to talk to me. On a few occasions, I found the manager helping in the dining room and sat chatting with residents which made me feel happier about leaving my Dad at Wellfield.
I would highly recommend this spotless homely home to anyone.

The staff at Wellfield House are amazing. Last year they got a new manager who is the perfect fit for the wonderful staff. The care and genuine kindness they show to the residents is fantastic. When visiting my mother-in-law, I have overheard dozens of conversations between the staff and residents.
Every conversation was a pleasure to listen to as the staff are always positive and upbeat even though they work non stop. The home is always spotless. If you have any worries or concerns they will be dealt with as soon as is possible. We have always been made welcome when visiting. We are kept up to date with our loved ones care and notified immediately of any serious concerns. We tell everyone how lucky we are to have our loved one in this care home. We tell the staff how thankful we are for the amazing job they do. I am willing to speak to anyone who is unsure about putting their loved one into Wellfield House, as it will be the best decision you ever make.

This is a very clean and pleasant home for a loved one. My Aunty is a resident and at first it was a change for her but now shes settled loving having the residents to communicate with and has never complained about the service staff. The atmosphere is of a homely one, staff are friendly and listen
to and implement any requests re clients. They are work conscious and always available.

My mother came to Wellfield care home in January 2016 from the MRI, we had been looking around care homes since December 2015 and we found Wellfield care home
the best. The staff made you welcome and friendly, plus when we turned up without notice we were made welcome and was shown around straight
away where in some of the other homes we were made to wait before being shown around. I would recommend Wellfield care home to friends and to any body else who asked. Cannot find fault with the home, keep the good work up many thanks to all the staff.
