We were really nervous about putting my grandma in a home but her dementia was too bad for her to live alone any longer. The staff have been extremely helpful and friendly and my grandma is much happier than we could have wished for. Lovely home and sounds awful to say but not smelly!

Going from your own home to residential care is very daunting for anyone. The transfer for my mum and her family was made so much easier from the care and support we all received at Middleton Hall.
The care is evident to all, look at the residents, happy and settled in a clean and caring environment.

I really like living at Middleton Hall although I do wish I could manage at home I would rather be there, I can't complain I am treated with dignity and respect by all the staff and my room is comfortable and I enjoy the meals there is plenty of choices.

My opinion is staff are very helpful, caring and considerate. Manager and owner speak to family and residents. Nothing is too much trouble, my dad has been looked after very well. Food is lovely, fresh made. Home is clean and tidy, outdoor garden is lovely. I would highly recommend this home.

She has found it difficult as she has always been very independent.

The staff have been exceptional in the care of my aunt since she arrived a few months ago.
They even put on a tea party with food as a treat for Christmas and she could invite the family.
Nothing seems to be any trouble to the staff.
My aunt loves the food and in the past has been very fussy, now
she loves all her meals.

I feel that this is my home. The staff are caring and treat me with dignity. The food is excellent and I get what I want all the time. My room is good and the staff are always visiting me for a chat. If I need anything, the staff will always help and go out of their way to do many things for me.

I would recommend Middleton Hall to anybody I know. My mums care is excellent and myself and family couldn't ask for anything else. The home not only looks after our family during this upsetting time. Any problems we have there is always a member if staff to help and support us.

Here at Middleton Hall I am always treated with dignity and respect all my personal needs are catered for to the highest possible standard by care staff and management alike, almost dare I say to the point of being spoilt. Each and everyone has obviously been trained to the very highest standards.
