The care team offers residential dementia care, as well as respite care, supporting residents to maintain their independence and individuality. Each resident is encouraged to take part in social activity and to build positive relationships in the home.

The home focuses on creating a welcoming atmosphere and everyone is considered a part of the family and are actively encouraged to take part in all decisions about their care and accommodation.

Wonderful staff who understand the needs and support my mum needs.
On occasions, not enough staff around in the lounge as they are doing paperwork or on a break.
On the whole lovely home with a great manager and carers.

I have found the staff very caring and helpful they go beyond what is required of them every day. From management to the cleaning staff everyone is approachable and helpful.

My father was admitted October 2016 and still here at present April 2018. Staff are very friendly and accommodating, always welcoming. We as a family feel my father has the best care we could ask for, always there to help and answer any questions we have.

Some very good staff, who interact with residents, however some staff who cant speak English very well, therefore residents can't understand them very well, and consequently these staff don't chat or acknowledge residents a lot of the time.

The Holly Court Care Home on entering is welcoming, the whole staff are dedicated to the care all of the people there,treating them with care and compassion. Each of the rooms have belongings ie. pictures, ornaments etc. from their own home environment.
The corridors are all music memorabilia, bright
and colourful. The dining room and lounge are bright and clean.
There is not nasty odour/ smell, smells fresh. There's plenty of entertainment in the home for the residents, also outings in groups and lastly there's a hairdresser once a week. The lady residents have make-up on and their nails done. In other words, I have no worries at all my aunt being there, she is 90 years old.
