Thank you for your feedback and 5-star rating. We value all feedback as this helps us to improve our service where required. We have recently been sharing the minibus with a sister home but at this time, the bus is having maintenance work done and therefore cannot be used. Our well-being coordinator will be arranging some trips out once the bus is back up and running. In the interim, there is a weekly planner in place which advises all the activities taking place throughout the week.

Following discussion with the Home Manager, it has been established that without having spoken with you about this, a lock was placed on your drawers to ensure creams were kept safely in your room. We would like to earnestly apologise for this oversight and, we are able to supply a key to enable you to lock the bedroom door. If this is something you would like to consider, the Home Manager will be happy to discuss it with you.
