I find that the staff are always kind, caring and supportive to all the residents. They seem to understand my mother and her needs very well. She clearly feels at home.

The staff are very helpful and friendly. Mum is happy with the care that she receives. The carers come across as very caring and are caring and supportive towards mum. The management and team are all very helpful.

Mum has been a resident in her care home for a year now. Although visiting has been somewhat restricted due to covid when we have seen mum she appears to be well looked after by all the staff. We are very impressed by daily activities undertaken and also special days (e.g Valentines) and festivities
all of which are celebrated. We are sent emails and photos these are always nice to see. Every aspect of mum's care e.g GP visits are always relayed to me which is reassuring. So this first year I would say - great job and thank you.

I always find that my partner has been well cared for when I visit. If the staff have any concerns about my partner's health we as a family are always notified of any action taken. We are always made to feel welcome on our request visits and we know that our loved one is in the best possible place for

The staff at Lisburne Court welcomed my mum warmly into the home following a difficult few months in hospital. She settled in very well and it was a comfort to the family to see her being so well looked after. Lots of company for her, lots of entertainment and activities and lovely food. Best of all

Extremely pleased with the care mum receives in Lisburne Court. The staff are helpful, friendly and very caring. The home always looks clean and smells clean too. Mum is always treated with respect and loves the staff. Any queries are promptly dealt with. It was lovely to visit mum today without having
to make an appointment.

My mother-in-law always looks clean and tidy, she's well fed. The carers can't do enough to help her and help us if we need it. She's been at Lisburn for two years and I've never had a complaint yet. Obviously, we have not been going into the bedrooms because of covid. So I'm not sure what clothes etc
she needs. We can check when we are allowed back in.

We didn't have a choice with which home my mum was placed in as it was at the height of the pandemic and she was in hospital and needed to be moved on Christmas Eve. Nobody had told us she had been moved and the first we were made aware of was when Lisburne Court contacted us directly. It was a terrifying
moment and we felt completely forgotten. Thankfully it turned out to be the best decision, the staff are incredible and the difference in my mum is amazing. The staff go above and beyond to make her feel safe and supported despite the incredibly hard working conditions they are under. Mum has flourished under their care and I am eternally grateful for allowing her to feel safe.
The staff continually update me with mum's progress and I could not have wished for a better outcome.

It is a very friendly and welcoming place nothing is too much trouble but it would be nice if I could see my mum's room but because of this Covid thing there are only two rooms that visitors can see their relatives in it would be nice to make these rooms a bit more comfortable and maybe have some way
for visitors to make themselves a drink, all in all, there is no problem any questions are answered as soon as they can and any problems are always sorted and discussed with you

My mother's been a resident at Lisburne Court for four years and is very well looked after. The meals are a good variety and nutritious and the staff take care of her personal hygiene so she's always clean and well turned out when we visit, including having her hair done in the in-house salon and even
has her nails painted. It's a very good standard of care. She has her own room where she can spend time quietly if she wants or she can join the other residents in the lounge. The carers and staff are always cheerful and smiling, no matter what they're coping with. We've visited on two or three occasions when the lift has been out of service, which obviously means double the workload for them, and yet they do so smiling and not showing any frustrations. The staff are to be commended on the utmost care they've taken of all the residents, especially during Covid, and keeping everyone so safe.

My wife passed away in September and in her last weeks, she was kept comfortable and well cared for by staff who, throughout her stay at Lisburne Court, appeared to be caring people and not just carers. We were allowed extra visits (all Covid compliant) and this was a great comfort to us as a family.

My husband has dementia and has been a resident at Lisburn Court from March 2021 to the present day. On admission, my husband was very confused and I was heartbroken. The staff we have to say were utterly remarkable. They quickly identified my husband's characteristics and were able to gain my husband's
trust. Sincerely cannot express the gratitude me and my family owe the dedicated, patient, caring staff.
They enable my husband to have a quality of life and in turn, we as a family feel content knowing he is receiving the best care.

Excellent staff go out of their way to help with any problems you might have. Very clean home. Good contact with me if any problems with my dad which is good as I live in France.

My mum had a short one month respite stay from a hospital discharge. The whole experience was extremely positive.
Excellent attention to detail, person-centered care.
Very very clean. Mum especially loved Toffee the rabbit which is a lovely touch.
The staff are so caring and one took time to share
photos of my mum doing activities 'having a ball'. Thank you so, so much.
The laundry was so clean.

As a family, we can't recommend Lisburne Court enough. The staff/management go above and beyond and have such a personal touch.
The home is clean, food/snacks are always on hand, and plenty of activities on offer.
All staff have great knowledge of dementia, are friendly, and treat my grandad with
such care and empathy.

Hayley

Hayley Weston

Job Title: Home Manager

Joined: 2019

Hayley has worked with Borough Care for over 25 years, beginning her career in 1999, and has been the Home Manager for Lisburne Court since August 2019.


Hayley enjoys working in care because she wants to make a real difference and ensure our residents have everything they want and need, and says her team is special because they are a fantastic bunch of people; ‘They all go above and beyond from doing hair, joining in the activities and ensuring our residents are well looked after.’


Her favourite thing about the residents is that no one is the same. She said, ‘All our residents are individuals and all have unique qualities. They are fantastic. Lisburne Court is a busy home with lots of activities going on.’
