Thank you for your kind comments and feedback it helps us to improve our service and care we give to our residents. At the start of our meal service, we offer all residents a cold drink to wet the mouth and throat before they eat. Serving a hot drink at the start of a meal can make a resident feel full and we try our best to promote a good intake of food.

Thank you for your feedback, we have worked very closely with the district nurse team to ensure all residents who need support from the district team get this when its required, we will continue to work with you to help us to monitor and work better with the nurses to ensure that your loved one’s dressings are clean and dry and that they are comfortable.

Craig has gained many years’ experience in providing care and support to older people, to enrich their lives. He is a knowledgeable and committed leader who is passionate about delivering the highest standards of care and quality of life for Residents.
Craig joined Holme Lea as Home Manager because he closely shares HC-One’s vision in aiming to provide the kindest care for each and every Resident. He extends this caring approach to his colleagues and works closely with them to deliver care and support to Residents in a way that they gain the most benefit, in a warm and welcoming home.
He also works hard to arrange events and activities with nearby schools and clubs and is always keen to include the local community in life at Holme Lea.
When asked what he enjoys most about his role, Craig remarked: “I love that I have a very hard-working team who genuinely care about our Residents.”
Away from work, Craig loves nothing more than going to the theatre, swimming and long drives.
