Laurel Bank Care Home may not be the most aesthetically appealing home but I can assure you the care is second to none. The staff from the manager right the way down through the team leaders, carers, kitchen staff, domestic staff and all the night staff (and any others I've missed) have been exceptional;
more than exceptional. Our experience of their care has been humbling. The respect they all showed to my dad before he passed away was astounding at all times; to my mum, me, my sisters and all the family too.

I genuinely cannot rate the staff at Laurel Bank highly enough. It's shameful that they like all in the care sector are so undervalued and underpaid.
