My mother has been at The Vicarage around 18 months. We are always welcome with a smile and offered a drink. We often visit with our grandchildren. Staff and residents make our visit pleasant. My mother is happy and settled and I have seen a lot of improvement in the last six months.

Our mum has had the best care. Lovely carers. Our mum wasn't the best when she came to the Vicarage. She came on leaps and bounds, with all the care she was given. She likes the company of the other residents and the activities. She relies on the carers and we, as a family, are thankful for all what
you have done for her and continue to do so. Thank you.

The Vicarage is clean and friendly. The staff are all pleasant and attentive. My Mum is settled there and seems happy. I asked her if she had any complaints about food etc and she said no.

My mum came here over a year ago. She came from her last care home very poorly and very thin. I told them my main concern was her weight. She now looks really healthy due to the good food she eats. The staff are helpful and friendly and treat my mum lovely. I am very happy for my mum to be here.
