My brother resided at Haylands for over 4 years until he passed away in August 2022. I would like to say I could not have left him with more caring genuine people to look after him, and would like to thank you all for the care and attention he received. The staff were all sad at his passing and dealt
with all funeral arrangements on my behalf. I am so pleased that his final years were in such a lovely caring home with beautiful people. My sincere thanks to Management and staff.

My father who was suffering from dementia was in your home for two and a half years. He passed away at the home December 2019. I would like to say that I couldn't have left him with better people to look after him at this difficult time. I would like to thank your staff for the care and attention he
received. Thanks.

We moved my Father to Haylands as we were less than happy with his previous care home! There was no comparison! Haylands is an excellent Care Home. My Dads’ dignity restored overnight. He always looked so smart. Always had a smile on his face. Ate well. slept in a comfy spotless room. The Staff are
all lovely caring people. Nothing too much trouble. So welcoming to everyone. My Dad passed away. Not unexpected but sad. The staff dealt with everything for us. So pleased his final days were in such a homely caring place with genuine lovely people.
