On behalf of all the team, it is always lovely to hear that a client and their family have both received positive experiences with regard to their stay with us, even under the most difficult circumstances at times. The home's ethos has always tried to be a 'home from home'. The dedicated team works very hard and as a manager, I have nothing but the utmost respect for every team member. The home strives daily to ensure that residents, relatives and visitors are welcomed into the home with the hope of forging good relationships. This ensures that an honest, open approach is maintained, and all parties can confidently have transparency on every aspect of the individual's care package.
