My Dad has been a resident at Hillcrest for a number of years. I would like to thank all staff for the constant love and care you give to Dad. The manager is warm and friendly and very professional. Staff are always eager to help and I can tell Dad is happy with his care and environment.

My mother was given excellent care by professional, friendly and very caring staff. The owners ensure there is a homely environment and food is cooked on site. The staff work hard to ensure individual needs are met, and communicate appropriately with relatives. In my mother’s case, the staff had a
very good working relationship with the local GP, who was also excellent in pursuing the local community health providers to ensure Mum was given end of life care. The homeowner was very supportive in Mums discharge from Hospital, back to her forever home, for end of life care, where she was cared for by staff who knew and cared for her. They also supported the family in a very difficult time.
Prior to Mums illness, she was taken out to social events within the local community which she really enjoyed.
Hillcrest is a very homely environment, in an old building, which has its own charm and warmth, where residents are very well looked after by caring staff.
