Thank you so much for taking the time to share your views and for your positive feedback regarding the team at the home who are committed to providing the best experience possible for our residents. We very much appreciate their efforts and the kind care that they offer and will ensure that your lovely comments are shared with them. In relation to your feedback re leisure activities on offer we do have a dedicated Wellbeing Coordinator who works with all residents to arrange activities and events to meet people’s needs and wishes, we would be happy to meet to share details of the programme with you, we very much welcome input and interaction with family members. Since the beginning of the pandemic, we have been unable to maintain close links with local schools and groups but as things start to return to a more normal way of living, we very much wish to reengage, we feel it very important that our residents are part of their local communities and welcome the opportunity to interact. Please do get in touch when you are able to arrange a meeting, we will look forward to hearing from you.

Thank you for your review, we value all feedback as this helps us to improve our service where required. We really appreciate you sharing your feedback with us at such a sad time for your family. We are pleased your aunt’s time with us over the two years she resided at Ash Court was generally happy. Your aunt was part of our close-knit community and she will be missed by residents and colleagues alike. In relation to the missing wedding ring please be assured we are taking this very seriously and we carrying out a full investigation into this matter. We fully recognise the importance of safeguarding our resident's belongings and can appreciate the distress this loss has caused. The Manager at the home will shortly make further contact with your family and will ensure she provides you with further details of our investigation and outcome and she is happy to liaise with you as needed.
