The staff not only go above and beyond for our relative but they also ensure fairness amongst family visits. We have been able to build a strong rapport with the staff. They are extremely good with the little ones and family.

Decent, caring staff with good continuity/low turnover. Well managed. Building needs revamp/redecoration. Food ordinary. Garden and maintenance top class. Have protected residents very well during pandemic.

My Mum was admitted to 'Craignair' at the start of May 2020. I had looked after her for 7 years, as she wished to live by herself and remain independent. She was always very vociferous about this. Unfortunately, Alzheimer's and physical frailty had started to take their toll over the last few years,
and so it was with great sadness I had to accept that her interests would be best served in residential care.
I have to say that the management and all the staff of 'Craignair' have been nothing short of superb. Particularly under these very difficult national circumstances. My sadness at having to place my Mum there has been offset somewhat by the excellent way in which she is being cared for. I don't believe I could have entrusted her welfare to better people.
She is now 92, living in a place where she is properly cared for by professional and caring people and being treated with the respect and consideration she so richly deserves. And, most importantly, she is happy.

My mum has left Craignair now after being a resident for over 2 years. I would like to thank all the dedicated management and staff for all the professional support and kindness throughout my mum's stay there.
I would highly recommend Craignair to anyone considering a quality care home to reside.
Thank
you all again on behalf of my mum’s family.

As a family, we are so pleased with the standard of care and support Mum receives at Craignair. She settled in very quickly and is very well looked after since arriving at Craignair. The manager is very considerate and nothing is too much trouble. The staff are very friendly, helpful and so kind to
Mum, it is very much appreciated. Craignair is always spotlessly clean and Mum always enjoys her food. Mum has to have a gluten-free diet but this is well catered for at Craignair.
We now have peace of mind knowing how well Mum is cared for at Craignair. Thank you very much. Craignair fully deserves the high rating the Quality Care Commission gave them.
