The wonderful staff have cared for my brother for about 4 years. He has become more and more dependent over the years from being able to go out in a wheelchair to being completely dependent on nurses, and carers. He is content and accepts his lot so bravely but much of this must be due to the care and
love given by staff. His room is perfect large airy bright he could be nowhere better. Thank you all.

All of the carers who I have witnessed show kindness, patience, caring and total respect for my mum and the other residents. My mum is always well looked after attending all medical appointments receiving her medication, and personal hygiene and being very well fed! My mum is very happy and content
here and has made friends with staff and other residents. Every time I visit I am equally met with friendliness and consideration, very grateful I can bring our dog to see my mum as this always cheers her up.

The manager and her team have made an incredible difference to the health and well-being of my grandmother. She is now receiving excellent nutrition/hydration/personal care and is in better shape than she has been in a long time. They changed the trajectory of her situation when she came to live here
and we are very grateful for the extra time we have been given with her. My grandmother is happy here as happy as she was in her own home.

My father has been really happy with all the care provided they always look out for his best interests providing a happy environment. A sign of a good care home is regular care staff which have been here for the past 3 years my father has been here. The staff show great care and commitment even taking
my father out on their day off. I would highly recommend this care home to anyone looking for good quality care.

An incredible home. The residents are well looked after. They have so much patience with them. The home is well-maintained and very comfortable for the residents. We are always made to feel welcome when visiting my dad.

Dovehaven staff show genuine care and compassion for their residents. My mother is registered blind and the carers are excellent at helping her with eating and coaxing her to eat more. The general atmosphere is bright, lively and cheerful (and far from the air of despondency sometimes found in other
care homes). The home is always very clean and is very well managed. Visitors are made to feel welcome and staff are happy to answer questions and are always polite and attentive.

I visited my nan every couple of weeks, the staff are amazing and very welcoming at all times. My nana always tells me on my visit how wonderful and caring the staff are from meals, meditation, cleaning and always with a smile. I am so happy to know that she is looked after and cared for at all times.

All carers are just so caring and friendly, it's such a lovely place. Staff are all so helpful and friendly and nothing is too much trouble. I felt my mum was very safe and well looked after. My mum seems very settled now although it took a while to be comfortable. This is mainly due to her being very independent. She has found that the friendships she has made have added to her enjoyment of life. This is both staff and other residents. She feels the care she gets is very good. She especially
enjoys the meals as at home she had found it more difficult to cook.
