Otherwise known as ‘The Rest Home,’ the residence is a beautifully converted Victorian villa, ideally located near the vibrant areas of Lord Street and Hesketh Park. Residents can enjoy walks around the local park, marina, coastline, and nearby shops.

Since I have arrived here, I am very happy and so well cared for. All the staff are very helpful and caring. I definitely do not want to leave here.

The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Our mum seems happy and is well looked after. Would like to see more of the activities from Dovehaven Rest Home on Facebook (so can't comment on them). The home is always clean.

When visiting Dovehaven to see my cousin, I have found her to be well cared for and her needs and personality recognised and respected by very caring and pleasant staff. My cousin has told me how well cared for she feels and she enjoys the activities provided for the residents. The atmosphere at Dovehaven
is very friendly and also the safety and security of everyone, but particularly the residents are paramount. The building itself is light and airy and scrupulously clean. The grounds are pleasant and well maintained.

Today has been the first time I have seen my dad and been able to hold his hand... well all I can say is thank you to the helpful and kind staff for everything they are doing for my dad and other residents in these hard times for their hard work. It really means a lot. The staff are helpful whenever
I call and keep me updated with appointments my dad has had. I went today to do my test before I could go in a staff member was very helpful with how to do the test before going in after 30 mins (he was very helpful and knowledgeable of the new system). I was negative, so returned after 30 mins to see my dad. Amazing is all I have to say. Thank you to all the staff it brightened up my day and my dad's. All thanks to the helpful staff, I couldn’t ask for a nicer place with fabulous staff.

During all our visits to the resident, many of which were unannounced, the staff have been very courteous and helpful, the resident appears to be well looked after.
Even during the current crisis, the staff have kept us informed.
