I never thought I'd ever get my mum in respite, the manager worked wonders and my mum now goes regularly. The Glade staff are wonderful and nothing is too much trouble. My gratitude is without boundaries. Thank you.

The staff and management are very welcoming and polite, always made to feel very welcome, always helpful. Since the Covid-19 pandemic, they have accepted emails with photographs to show my mummy.
I would like very much to thank all staff, cleaners, cooks and carers for the amazing job they're doing
at keeping my mummy happy, safe and healthy, she's always laughing and joking with staff.

This care home is warm, friendly and homely. My aunt has been treated with care and respect. There are regular activities for the residents to do and she has made some nice friends. She loves the food as well.

This home is warm, friendly, cosy and has an air of homeliness about it. There is only one lounge area for all the residents and this can mean that those that don't want to be in the noise and hubbub have no other quieter lounge. The seating and armchairs are very comfortable and the choice and quality
of the food is very good. The staff are very caring and attentive. My mother is happy here and so am I for her to be there.

Thank you, Charlie, for your review. It is lovely to see you are happy with our service, and we love having your mum with us. Regarding the lack of reception rooms, this is a hard one because of the type of home we are, we do however have the dining room which we can make available for you and your family when you visit. Again thank you for your lovely review.

I have found The Glade Residential Care Home very accommodating to family and residents. The staff always make you feel welcome. The team go above and beyond with their residents. The meals, medical care and hygine is excellent. The rooms are always spotless. I also have witnessed all staff keeping
their residents' dignity. What more can you ask for?

My dear friend now 70 years old, had until November 2018, been trying to look after himself in sheltered accommodation. But the time had come when for his own health and safety more care was needed. After looking at some of the many rooms available in the Southport area, we eventually settled on The
Glade and have not looked back since. His health through the regular eating of wholesome food and 24-hour supervision has been wonderful, he is happy and content, which has taken immense pressure off his family and close friends, knowing he is well looked after and cared for. I would certainly recommend The Glade to anyone who is in need of residential care.

The Glade Residential Care Home is a family run business and as such, is very comfortable and homely. The staff are so supportive of the resident's needs. It is a happy, friendly space where people can relax or join in the many activities they provide. The beautifully laid out gardens are lovely to
use on a summers day. They have had great garden parties with stalls, tea with homemade cakes and live entertainment.
My ex-husband has been there since November and was reluctant at first to go to a home, however, he loves it there and even feels he is in a hotel with first-class service!
I can recommend The Glade to anyone who wants a home from home!
