Amazing staff, amazing attention paid to residents, and a lovely, homely feeling. The staff know their residents, their needs and their likes. It's always hard to put a family member into care, so it gives me great peace of mind to know how warm and welcoming the staff are and the home itself. Big shout
out to the staff, who do amazing caring for our loved ones as they do.

Firstly I would like to say Orchard Lodge staff are truly amazing, the standards of care are exceptional, the devotion to care that each staff member has is a standout. Secondly, the home itself is a home from home, warm, welcoming and relaxing both for residents and visitors. I would like to personally
thank every single staff member for the wonderful person-centred care that was shown, not only to my friend but to all the residents and relatives. This home is a stand-out like no other. Thank you to all the team at Orchard Lodge.

I would like to personally thank all the staff that looked after a very dear friend of mine, staff made her feel so welcome and gave support in which she so much needed - company. Although she was only there a short time she felt so very highly of you all. This was the first home we saw at the time
and instantly knew it would be the right one. This was down to the staff, we had an instant bond and knew from that first viewing that Orchard Lodge was the ideal home filled with the right care that was needed.
Thank you for everything, the care, the support, the laughs, the family approach. The home is an absolute standout.

My mum in law spent 3 years in Orchard Lodge.
Prior to living there she had been living on her own, she was not looking after herself, As a working family we couldn't be with her 24/7 so she was very lonely. After a fall and a spell in hospital she was transferred to Orchard Lodge to recuperate. From
the moment she arrived she was made to feel at home and she never wanted to leave. The staff looked after her so well, so much so that she put on weight and always looked well presented whenever we visited.
In December 2015 mum in law became poorly, and passed away in January 2016. Her end of life care was the best. The staff went above and beyond the call of duty, they were very professional and very caring. Not only did they look after mum in law but they looked after our family. We were allowed to visit whenever and for however long we wanted. A cup of tea and a sympathtic chat was always there when needed. I cannot recommend Orchard Lodge highly enough.
