As a family, we went through the very hard decision about my mum needing the support and care of a residential home.
The staff and management understood this and helped us to overcome this. My mum has never been happier, she looks so much better as all the stress has been taken away. She still very
much makes her own decisions and repeats so many times about feeling safe.
Thanks to a wonderful staff.

We were very pleased and impressed by the standard of care given to my mother throughout her stay we could see that. She and the other residents were very well looked after, and we always had and continue to have confidence in the high standard of care provided. We would not hesitate to recommend Nazareth

As a close family, we were obviously keen for my mother to receive excellent care upon hospital discharge.


From the moment we arrived, my mother has received prompt, professional and friendly care from all staff members. They clearly take pride in the care they offer and have demonstrated very high

standards of professionalism in all their dealings with her. The food is varied and tasty and special requests are met in a positive manner. The home is safe and staff even advise on proposed help for mum. The management as like other staff, demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and are well respected. Evidence of very good team approach.

The care and kindness shown to the elderly residents is excellent and always delivered with a smile and with genuine regard for the dignity of the residents. The staff are superb. Recently, the home has had a new manager who is doing an outstanding job in terms of liaison, facilities update and training
of staff. The liaison with relatives is excellent and we are always kept fully informed and feel very welcome when we visit.

My mum has been at Nazareth House for three and a half years.
During this time the facilities have continued to be altered to improve the residents' lives.
What makes Nazareth House exceptional is the outstanding care.
The home has a remarkable record of long service from staff and the continuity
makes a difference.
Families are made very welcome and included.
I have nothing but praise for Nazareth House and the care my mum receives.

My mother was reluctant (to say the least) to accept residential care. We had been managing her dementia for a few years, but we needed to take the next step regarding her safety and care. We chose Nazareth House - Crosby because of the strong Catholic connection. While the move was daunting for my
mother, the welcome and the care she received from the staff on the ground floor made a potentially traumatic event anything but. I visited a few weeks after the move and Mum was comfortable, relaxed and at ease. The team that looked after Mum was first rate. Whether or not Mum was cared for was never in doubt and I know if she were capable, she would look back on her time at Nazareth House - Crosby

I have found the staff and the facilities of Nazareth House to always be helpful and kind in their dealings with the residents and visitors. The refurbishment of the second floor has enhanced the experience. I would definitely recommend it to anyone considering using it.
