Thank you for your feedback. We always welcome feedback at Trepassey. We are very sorry you feel you had such a bad experience. This comes as a shock to us as we have never received feedback where anyone else has experienced the same feelings towards Trepassey as you have. Our residents are flourishing and doing very well. We are glad your Mum is happier and doing well in her new home which is more suited to her high dependency needs. Apologies again for not accepting your mum back into Trepassey but this was done in her best interests and this was explained to yourselves at the time. As your mum's dementia and challenging behaviour had progressed at such a quick pace, it was clear that she needed EMI dementia care which unfortunately we cannot offer.
