My mother really likes it and is very happy. The staff are very friendly and caring. The rooms are kept very clean.

Cannot fault the care my grandma received whilst being in Crossways Care Home, especially in her last days. The staff were very caring and compassionate. Not only to my grandma but to the family too. Thank you everyone at Crossways.

I was very relieved to find that the staff at all levels did their best to cheer up the residents and care for their individual needs. Especially the 'hands-on' carers, who did a magnificent job, often run off their feet, but doing a very difficult and trying task 'day in, day out'. I only hope that

My mother has resided at Crossways for 14 months. She is now in her 101 year. The care and consideration my mother gets is excellent and has been since her arrival. My mother is very happy at Crossways and always speaks highly of the management and staff. The staff are helpful and accommodating to relatives
visiting. Amy problems are dealt with quickly and efficiently.

The last four months of my mum's life were spent at Crossways.
After being admitted for temporary respite care it soon became apparent that my mum's condition was gradually deteriorating and she would not be able to return home.
The care she received, especially during the last two weeks with us,
was exceptional. The staff, including management, were considerate, caring and professional not only to my mum but to all the family.

We'd like to take this opportunity to thank you and all your staff for the dedication and exceptional level of care given to our father. We are extremely grateful to your dedicated team who cared for him on a daily basis. We know from firsthand experience through our visits how well our father was cared
for and how much care and devotion was shown by everyone. The staff all made such a difference to his quality of life, even though he could be quite cantankerous at times. No matter who was on duty regardless of time, day or night, we know he received the same high quality of care and for this we are ever thankful. It was an extremely difficult decision to move our father into a care home, however strangers quickly became friends and any apprehensions soon dispelled when we observed the professionalism and total dedication of each and every member of your team and how well our father was treated with love and respect.

Crossways provides a most caring environment where the needs of my mother are met with the greatest of respect and in a most dignified manner. Following a change of management, there have been many positive and effective improvements over the past nine months which are clearly evident in various aspects
of the day to day running of the home. Any issues raised relating to my mum's care are dealt with in a
transparent and sensitive manner. I visit frequently and am made to feel that my input is valued and respected which has resulted in a partnership of trust between my mum, the staff and myself with some positive and effective outcomes. As with any service there is always an opportunity for improvement especially around the issue of communication but I feel confident in saying that Crossways is demonstrating 'work in progress' at its best! It is extremely reassuring to feel that staff are now well led and moving forward as a team which in turn creates a safe and caring haven in which my mum is thriving exceptionally well! She is so very happy in her new home and as a family we are delighted that in addition to the superb care she receives, she continues to have choices in her life and that her dignity is preserved at all times. Thank you Crossways for providing such peace of mind and for creating such a caring environment in which my mum has made a seamless transition from living on her own within the community to living within the protection and comfort of residential care!

My mother in law attends Crossways for occasional respite and frequent day care; the care she receives is outstanding. The staff treat her with kindness, humour and patience. She particularly enjoys the home cooked food.
I have been extremely impressed by the management; they provide my mother in law
with flexible, personal care and are always available to talk to relatives.
I cannot recommend Crossways highly enough as whenever our family use their day care or respite care we are reassured that she is safe, well looked after and happy.
