I can't praise the staff enough for their care and help to my mother while she was in the home while she was alive and also the care they gave her during her last days. They were also so kind to me in the last days of my mum's life.

I am really pleased with The Laurels. My mum has been in just over 12 months. They can't do enough for her, they look after so well. My mum loves it there. Its clean and the food is very nice. The staff are all very welcoming and do a great job of caring for everyone. I would recommend The Laurels care

My mother came into the home eleven months ago. My first contact was with the manager who was most understanding and kind. Mum has dementia and was in a difficult position at home. The staff were very kind and caring when mum entered the home. Naturally, it was a strange place for her. Since then they
have attended well to all her needs. They notice as soon as she needs a doctor. Also, importantly they have a laugh with her and continue to be kind and caring. They work very hard and mum is treated with dignity. I highly recommend all the staff and thank them.

My first impression of the home was the number of staff on duty in the room. When my mother went in as a temporary resident I was very pleased indeed at how caring and attentive they were. On seeing the food served I was pleased at that too and the different food needs for the residents. The room my
mother was in was a lovely room with its own toilet and shower. All in all, it was an excellent care home with the emphasis on care.

My parents have been residents of The Laurels for just over a year. The care and support that they have each received has been excellent. My parents' needs have changed considerably over that time and this was anticipated and accommodated at every step. All of the staff are wonderful with the residents,
from the manager to the cleaning staff. The food is home cooked and the house is clean and bright. There are weekly activities laid on and regular visits from local churches. I have no hesitation in recommending The Laurels to you. The provision of care is person centred and optimises each residents' level of wellness and wellbeing.

We cannot thank the home enough for the care dignity and respect they are showing toward my husbands Great Aunt, she and the family are being treated with such compassion. A truly fantastic home and it is a credit to the manager and the staff.
Nothing is to much trouble for them and there is always
someone on hand to answer any questions and concerns we may have.
We are always greeted with a smile at the door and the home is always clean smelling and a pleasure to enter, the staff are pleasant and warm toward all residents within the home
