They need a full-time activity manager - 20 hours a week I think is insufficient.
My mother's room can get smelly so could benefit from more regular spring-cleans.
Overall, I rate the care home as good but am concerned at the annual increases way above inflation.

I can't fault Mum's care in any way. She is genuinely happy and very settled. I leave after every visit with complete piece of mind, totally confident that she couldn't be in a better place.

I have worked for Newton for the last few years, I have been a manager for 15 years working in Dementia care but in care for 32 years.
The team here at Newton are so caring and will not think twice about going that extra mile, some of them have been here for 15 years plus. We are all like a family.
