Park Mount Care Home is a purpose-built care home which opened in 1984 by the Pallottine Missionary Sisters who are still the registered provider. They have a chapel on site for all denominations.

Park Mount caters for residential dementia EMI for up to 50 residents including three doubles. Park Mount has been refurbished since that time and it continues to be updated as an ongoing project.

The home is set in beautiful well established and maintained gardens for residents and families to enjoy. The gardens boast a summer house a nature trail, chickens and a fishpond, with plenty of areas to sit and enjoy the view on the way around.

I just want to express my sincere thanks to the management and all the staff at Park Mount who have looked after, cajoled my mum back to health after her recent illness. I have been deeply touched with the staff who have gone over and beyond to encourage her eating and drinking together with other medical
issues to make her as comfortable as possible. In these difficult times, it is a great comfort to know that my mum is being well looked after and her individual care needs catered for.

I cannot express how highly I recommend Park Mount Care Home.
Firstly the staff are so friendly, supportive and caring to the residents and their families. They go the extra mile to ensure each person's individual needs are met.
Mum and Dad say every time I ring how much they like the staff, also
how much they enjoy the food.
Their double room is spacious and filled with their own furniture and personal belongings which gives a sense of their old home.
Their room has a beautiful view over the large well-maintained garden to the hills beyond.
The Christian values and ethos are permeated into the everyday running of the home.
Special days are celebrated and the staff put tremendous effort into making these occasions enjoyable. Such as the recent VE Day which Mum really enjoyed.
I am so grateful to all the staff for looking after my mum and dad with such care and dedication. Thank you so much.

Lovely staff and a real attempt to include good activities. Caring approach. Close-knit atmosphere. The landscaped garden at the rear with its walking path, little pond, trees, grass flowers, chicken shed, allotment is a great facility for all to enjoy. The Chapel is used by my mother on a regular basis.
Mum always eats the food. Dining area overlooks the garden and there are two terraces with chairs for warmer weather. Efficient management and lots of staff during the day.

On calling in to inquire with no appointment I was made to feel very welcome and given time to discuss my Father’s needs. Dad has a lovely room which we have personalised. The caring staff always have time for family members as we can struggle with the journey. I couldn’t wish for a better person-centred

My husband goes to Park Mount Care Home (Keele Crescent) for respite. Found the care is very good, the staff and very friendly and helpful and the house is really clean. Very happy with the care and my husband was really settled there. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff and booking is efficient.

My mum went into Park Mount recently. She has Dementia and has come on leaps and bounds. She absolutely loves it there.
The staff are always smiling and friendly, nothing is too much trouble for them. The atmosphere is so caring, friendly and upbeat.
Every time I go, I get an update on the things
she has been doing and the activities she has enjoyed. I actually feel surplus to Mum's requirements now as she is so busy and interested in everything that is going on.


Thank you so much for easing the worry about her going in to a home, I know she is in good kind hands.
