Staff are always very friendly and communicative. The size makes mum's experience more like her own home but with people to chat to. I would not want anywhere larger. Her room is always clean and cosy.

Nothing is too much trouble and Colleen is always ready to discuss any and all, the care needs you or your family member may have.
