Mum recently went to Aarondale from hospital. She has settled really well thanks to the wonderful staff and their love and care. I am really happy with all the wonderful things that Aarondale has to offer and provides from mum and it's so good to know she is looked after so well. Thank you to all staff.

My mum has been a resident at Aarondale for nearly two years. Aarondale is very clean, homely atmosphere, safe, high standard of care and attention with varied activities. We feel that my mum is looked after really well, kept safe and occupied 24/7, which she now requires. This enables us, as a family,
to be confident and relaxed that she is in safe hands when we are not with her, which is so invaluable and reassuring to us all. We can confidently highly recommend Aaronfale to anybody requiring a care home. PS, all the staff are fantastic.

Very impressed how the staff at Aarondate have made sure my dad has settled in. They have given me confidence that they understand my dad's dementia. The activities coordinator made sure she had read my notes I had written about his history and arranged things for him to do, (including spending time
with the maintenance man to help him).

My dad moved into Aarondale during the lockdown, which was obviously very traumatic for Dad and us, as we are a close family. The staff have been very supportive and provide us with constant updates about our dad. They have regular activities, and the staff are lovely and helpful. We cannot wait to
go inside once it is safe to do so.

I visited for the first time since lockdown. The staff have worked extremely hard to enable the visits to go ahead in a safe secure way. The staff are always helpful and cheerful. I know that mum is in very good hands and is well cared for.

The care is excellent and the staff are very friendly. I feel like part of the family and the staff are always welcoming and go the extra mile. There is no interaction for dementia patients, no trips and no fresh air.

Absolutely fabulous. They couldn't do enough for us. They made us very welcome and we couldn't ask for anything more. I know my Mum will be looked after and I have no problem at all leaving her here. All the staff are fabulous.

Since my mother-in-law moved here we have been extremely pleased with the care she has received. The staff obviously know her well and always raise any concerns with us straight away. The home has recently undergone a 'facelift' which has added to the home from home feel and the outside area is now
being used much more. Overall very good!

My friend was admitted to Aarondale as an emergency admission last month and he is now a permanent resident. He has had a few issues which the staff have dealt with, with compassion and care. The manager and deputy manager have been amazing keeping in contact all the time with updates. All the staff
are caring and friendly. I couldn't wish for my friend to be in better hands thank you all.

Effectively meets the needs of my mother in law. Communicates well with regard to any changes in relation to care needs.

This home has been a lovely friendly place with some wonderful supportive staff. They knew our mother well, worked great as a team and we had faith that she was cared for. Six or more of the best staff have left and we feel that the company has not treated them well and failed to try and keep them.
We and other families are now really concerned that the care has already started to deteriorate with the majority of staff being agency, young, inexperienced and more worrying, not caring! The ratings reflect the home as it was!
