We are sorry to hear you have not received a reply from several weeks ago, we now have a new home manager, who came into post three weeks ago, who would be more than happy to speak to you should you wish to get in touch. With regards to visiting and Covid, we only have certain areas where visiting can take place, so just ask you to ring prior to coming to visit so these areas are not already full and that communal areas such as reception are not overpopulated.

She has worked in several care homes in her 10 years experience and has a vast knowledge of different service users' dietary needs e.g diabetes, low salt, low or high protein. She fortifies diets with cream and extra calories for those who are not eating as well as they could and has knowledge of dysphagia using the appropriate level of pureed diet and thickened fluids for the service users needs. She is a traditional cook, making home-cooked food, there is always 2 choices for both lunch and dinner and home-baked cakes or fresh fruit in the afternoon.
