Hedges House is a lovely Residential Care Home in Lytham close to Lytham Green, and all Lytham's fabulous facilities including cafes, shops, restaurants and much more. The team provides wonderful care in a home from home environment. The staff are fully trained and the home benefits from an on site Registered Manager, full time maintenance, home cook and daily housekeeping.

Hedges House offers care and support for residents that may need help with personal care, continence management, medication management, nutrition and diet and much more. Living in a residential care home can support families to provide round the clock support and company for loved ones at a time when they need it most.

The home has 32 luxurious bedrooms with en-suite facilities, a licensed bar, an air-conditioned garden room and offers excellent home-cooked food which is all locally sourced. Hedges House can offer short term care, recuperation from hospital stays, respite care and longer term residential care. Hedges House can support residents living with dementia.

Hedges House prides itself on the personalised care on offer and the team takes time to build strong and valued relationships with all families. Getting to know residents is the most important part of care, and it is these strong bonds that provide a personalised care package, so residents can feel at home from the moment they arrive. We were very fortunate to secure a place for my 95 year old mother at Hedges.
The care shown by all staff is outstanding from re-assurance to personal care.
Food is excellent. Public areas are attractive and cleaning is of a high standard.
Mum has now been a resident for 10 months and all staff understand
her individual needs.
All staff are very approachable and supportive.

Since my aunt moved to Hedges House her depression and anxiety have been mainly lifted. This is a friendly well run, professional establishment. I have made notes myself and enquired of my aunt for any questionable areas on practices. We can find none.

My father entered the home at short notice on being discharged from hospital. The transition was smoothly handled despite the hospital's discharge procedures. Hedges House staff were helpful courteous and supportive during the few weeks that my father was there and it enabled his health to improve significantly
whilst he was there.

I cannot praise highly enough the management and staff of Hedges House. My mother has been living there happily for 8 years and the care she receives is excellent. Many of the staff have worked there for many years and they are all very welcoming. Nothing is too much trouble for them. The home is spotlessly
clean with beautiful decor. It is a great comfort to my sister & I to know that our mother is being looked after so well in such a beautiful environment.

Having spent 15 years working in childcare I looked for a long time to find a home for my own grandma. Since taking over Hedges House, I have been back to college to study my level 5 in Health and Social Care and spent a lot of time getting to know our residents.


I love what I do and feel very privileged to lead a Residential Care Home where the residents mean so much. My role is to support the home from a regulatory prospective and offer direction and guidance to drive quality.


Of course I couldn't do this without the help of our staff team and with their support we put our residents at the heart of our home.
