Gail joined us in 2018 from a background of textile work. This role was completely different to anything she had ever done before, so understandably, she was a little unsure but she need not have worried. Within 6 months of being with us Gail was working her way from care assistant to Senior care assistant- Residents and staff love her. When I asked Gail what she likes about working at Hilton ,this is what she said....
" I enjoy my job because I feel honoured that I can help to enhance someone's quality of life, and I feel that I am part of a team ."
