Overall Experience  Overall Experience 5.0 out of 5

Each time I paid my aunty a visit, the staff were always occupied looking after the residents and never standing around chatting. I only ever witnessed them being sympathetic and respectful towards the people in their care.
They were always welcoming to me and no requests appeared to be too much trouble.
The manager took the time to witness several of the many forms which seem to be necessary when people need to move from independent living into care.
After telling the manager about a very slight concern, it was dealt with swiftly by her, and I was thanked for bringing it to her attention and encouraged always to report anything which may have troubled me. There never was. I really felt they wanted the best for their residents in this stage of their life.
The home is not luxurious but I would not hesitate in recommending it to anyone for its warmth and family feel.

This is a great establishment, ideal for fulfilling needs of residents. I went to visit a friend and was amazed at the service, support and how genuine and devoting all staff and management are. I couldn't recommend Hollin Bank enough. If you are looking for a residential home which is very similar
to the home environment then this is the place to go.
