My dad has been here for 6 weeks now. I never wanted to put dad in a home but the time came when he needed to be looked after. I was told that Lindens was the best, and it is. Dad was underweight when he first went in and now he has put on 7 kg. He looks so well. The manager and all the staff are so
friendly and caring. The room Dad has is lovely, he is so well looked after. Always clean, and definitely well fed. The food is all freshly prepared and there are plenty of activities. Lindens is like a large family home and the residents are one big happy family. I am so grateful and thankful to all of you for all your care and compassion. He is happy and so is all the family.

I can only review from my experiences of Lindens. My mum has only been there for a relatively short time but during that time I have seen a change in my mum for the better, she has dementia and used to get very confused, scared and lonely previously but this has definitely lessened since being here.
I find the carers really lovely, caring and enjoy banter with my mum (mum loves a good laugh!). I have complete peace of mind that my mum is being well looked after. I have met both owners which I also find to be really caring people as well. My mum always tells me how good the food is and what a comfortable bed she has. Yes, the place isn’t the most modern, but it’s homely and I think this is what my mum needs. To her, it feels more like a guest house than a “home”. Lindens - keep up the good work!

My dad went into The Lindens as he needed building up as he was having a lot of health problems and he wasn't eating and drinking for the family. He was in The Lindens for six weeks and they took excellent care of him and got him eating and drinking again. The owner and his wife and daughter are lovely,
caring people and nothing was too much trouble. The staff there are also excellent, helping him answer his phone and make calls. They always came up to his room when buzzed and sorted out whatever he buzzed them for. I would recommend The Lindens to anybody whose relatives need help. All meals were made fresh on the premises by the owners also and there was a varied menu to suit everybody.
