From first contact by telephone to the latest contact at the home. The family's experience with the home management and staff has been 1st class. We could not have asked for more consideration or kindness from Dad or any of the family when visiting. The entertainment programme is comprehensive and family
members are encouraged to join in.
Would highly recommend this care home - and we have.

My Mother has been a resident for 6 months she settled in very quickly and is happy. The carers are very patient with her even though they seem stretched at times owing to the shortage of staff.
I visited several homes before deciding on Primrose Bank for Mum, it was the cleanest, brightest, and friendliest

My mother was in Primrose Bank for just over 3 years. During that time, she showed a gradual decline and then a rapid deterioration towards the end. The staff coped wonderfully with these changes and I was always kept informed. The activities programme was varied but no pressure was put on residents
to participate. Special efforts were made at appropriate times of the year e.g Christmas.

Primrose Bank Care Home was fantastic.
The food was like eating in a restaurant. Management and team leaders were always available and my dad felt at home and he was greatly cared for and happy. The entertainment was great as well.
I would highly recommend this place and would like to thank the team
of carers for the great care given.

The level of care provided by Primrose Bank is outstanding. I am particularly impressed by the innovative way that the residents are stimulated by events which are organised for their benefit. The quality of food provided is also excellent, the award-winning chef makes sure of that. I am kept fully
informed of my relative's condition and progress and would not wish for better care.

Difficult times during coronavirus, but they did their very best.

Very impressed with my stay at Primrose Bank. It was warm and comfortable. Lovely room and facilities. The staff - everyone was kind, happy and most willing to help in any way. The food was excellent. I was well looked after. I would not hesitate to recommend Primrose Bank. In fact, if I couldn't look
after myself living alone in the future, I would be happy to become a resident on a permanent basis. Many thanks to all.

The environment and surroundings are lovely. Very clean and bright. Staff and management are very approachable and accommodating. Lots happening to keep residents entertained. Interaction with high schools, nursery children, Pat dogs etc. The resident hairdresser and beauticians etc. Mum passed away
at the end of July and end-of-life care was carried out with dignity empathy and support for our family.

From the moment my mum first went to Primrose to the day she passed, I cannot fault the care she received from all the staff. She was well looked after in every aspect of her time there, I cannot thank them enough, for the care she received in her last days.

My mother as been in Primrose Bank now for five years and throughout that time she has received the highest standard of care. Notwithstanding that she has been bedridden for the last few years she has never suffered with a single bedsore. She is always made comfortable and staff ensure that the services
she needs, such as hairdressers and chiropodists are brought in. The staff are friendly and welcoming and show genuine affection for their residents. I would have no hesitation in recommending Primrose Bank to other family and friends.

My mother was at Primrose Bank for two weeks postoperative care after a knee operation, she was very comfortable there. Her room was pleasant with a view over the gardens and she could go there whenever she wanted to. The staff were all helpful and caring and she enjoyed the food there very much. We

This is a very well run home, kept very clean and very welcoming. The staff are very helpful, my Uncle was very run down and week when he arrived but they soon built him up with very good food, they have plenty of things going on that you can join I if you wish, my granddaughter thinks the home is a
posh hotel.
