Thank you for your review, I would just like to address the comments raised regarding the menu. I am very sorry to hear your mum did not enjoy our lunchtime menu, our menus are decided by the residents who reside here at Acorn House, we hold regular resident meetings of which they can raise any issues or requests at that time. We can also offer alternatives on request and I can only apologise if this was not offered to you at the time of your mum's stay. I have introduced a daily menu into the home and I have now requested this be displayed in bedrooms and around the home for people to see. I would also like to apologise about your mum's bed, if I would have known at the time, I could have offered a more comfortable bed or mattress. I am very sorry if your mum was in any distress at night due to this. Thank you for your feedback, I am always looking to improve on our home. We will look forward to seeing you again in the future.
