Sadly our family has just lost a much-loved member, my sister who was resident in The Annacliffe for the last 6 months of her life whilst fighting cancer. I cannot thank enough all the staff involved in her care every last one of them across all levels who made a difficult situation more bearable. Our
sister is now at peace thank God. When faced with difficult decisions about her final days, you really you really don't know which way to turn as we all hear horror stories every day about care homes. Thankfully, we found a final refuge for her at The Annacliffe.

My mother was a resident of this home until her death in March 2017. This home was fantastic from the owners to the staff. I have never come across a home that does so much for the residents, even taking them on holiday for a week each year. I praise this place to anybody that asks should they ever
need to be in a position of looking for a place for a relative. I still go back there now as the have always encouraged me to call in for a coffee and the atmosphere is such a happy one that it is a pleasure to visit. The way they looked after mum in the last week of her life was superb I could not have done any better myself.
