We were saddened to hear your comments about the home, particularly as your mum had enjoyed living in the home over the last 12 months. Our manager has an open-door policy and is deeply regretful that you did not approach him with these concerns whilst your mother was living in the home. Berwick endeavour to ensure that residents' clothes are returned to the correct resident from the laundry and we acknowledge how upsetting it must be if this has not been the case. The manager would be happy to meet with you to discuss your concerns at any time in the future should you wish to discuss this matter further.

He has been managing care homes for the last 7 years in residential/nursing homes, commissioning newly built care homes and he enjoys the challenge of improving the quality of care for people living with dementia.
Tom loves his job as every day is different. He loves to see the joy on residents' faces when they join in new activities and experiences in the home. He enjoys seeing the team he leads rise up through the roles to reach their full potential. He believes that if he looks after his team, the team will look after the residents.
