He has been managing care homes for the last 7 years in residential/nursing homes, commissioning newly built care homes and he enjoys the challenge of improving the quality of care for people living with dementia.
Tom loves his job as every day is different. He loves to see the joy on residents' faces when they join in new activities and experiences in the home.
