After consistently returning for over a year, I officially joined as Deputy Manager in June 2023 and was thrilled to be promoted to General Manager in November 2024. Previously, I worked as a Ward Sister at Southport Hospital, working on an acute frail elderly ward, an acute medical short-stay unit, and specialising in diabetes care. Caring for the elderly is my passion, and I am privileged to build meaningful relationships with our residents and their families.
As part of the management team, my priorities include ensuring the safety of our residents, providing person-centred care, and enabling them to lead fully enriched lives. We are committed to delivering the highest quality of care, ensuring that each resident feels at home and their families have peace of mind knowing their loved ones are in caring and professional hands.
