Mum has been a resident now for a few weeks failed by all authorities for twelve months she’s eating well and looks well. A few mishaps to be expected but the staff are always welcoming, pleasant and trustworthy, always happy to help in person or via phone, our family can finally sleep at night knowing
mum is well cared for. Thank you to you all we genuinely appreciate everything you do.

My mum has been a resident for several months and originally went for respite care. She quickly made friends with other residents and settled well. I can now sleep at night knowing she is safe, eating properly, and all her medical needs being taken care of. She looks much better now, has her hair done
every week and sees the visiting chiropodist regularly. The staff are all lovely and very friendly.

A lovely home a few steps away from the beach. Very clean and organised from our observations. The staff are lovely, very caring. Our Great Uncle is 88 yrs old and needs care and support with daily living activities (residential from our own assessment). Although on observation a lot of the people in
here have Dementia and Our Great Uncle hasn't got Dementia. Our family feel this may effect his daily living amongst the majority of Dementia people within this home. It would be more acceptable to us if there was half of the people in the home Residential. Caring holistically for each individual at their time of need.
Noted; The stairs should have hand rails on the left and right side from top to bottom to promote safety with mobility.

Great Uncle has only been in here for a few weeks and these are our observations.
Our Great Uncle was admitted here as an Emergency admission from his home.
No menu's for choice for Residential people.
Dignity - Residential.
