Cherry Trees enjoys an elevated position and overlooks the Dearne Valley Park and is close to Barnsley. There are shops and other amenities within easy reach, including public transport and the M1.

The property is a purpose built care home providing care for older people who are physically frail and older people who have mental health needs.

Rooms are mostly for single occupancy, although several are large enough for sharing companions. Many are en-suite.

Cherry Trees has several lounges and separate dining rooms, where residents can join the company of others at meal times. Traditional home cooked food using fresh produce is served.

A hair stylist and qualified chiropodist visit the home regularly.

Just thought I had to write this review as I visited this home today with my friend who's mum we went to visit.


I was amazed how lovely the staff are and the love they show these residents is 100% .
She has only been there a few days and I couldn't get over how settled and different she was. She

just looked so settled and happy.
To the staff you are all fantastic.
Anybody looking for 5* care then look no further then this home.
