Very friendly clean and welcoming home staff go the extra mile. The singer was fantastic last week when we visited. Thank you for looking after my relative. The food is very good and very clean and very clean.

The service and facilities that Thornhill provide is excellent. My grandmother was a resident for approx 18 months until her recent passing. During her stay she was very happy, she was well cared for and for us living far away, we were extremely content that she was in safe hands and being cared for
to a high standard. Sadly we lost my grandmother recently and the care provided in her final days was exceptional. The care and compassion of all the staff was just amazing. They all cared for her and took time out of their own time to visit her.


The management and staff also looked after us, her family, in our times of need. We cannot thank them enough for everything they did.

The first two days I did not enjoy being in the home as it was my first experience in a care environment, but afterwards I began to settle. I have no complaints towards the staff, I would be glad to return to Thornhill in the future if I ever needed to.

Everything has been wonderful, the staff and the home have all been lovely, the carers, food are all very good. If I need to come back to care, I would have no hesitation to return here, I will recommend it to my friends and family as it has been excellent.

My friend is on respite at the moment at Thornhill and the care that is provided is absolutely amazing I called on Wednesday and the residents was having their done the atmosphere was lovely residents was having fruit and wine and was so happy. I spoke to a gentlemen who I am sorry I don't know is name
and he was extremely helpful. Thank you everyone for looking after my friend.
