Thank you for your kind words and praise for our staff at Woodlea, we will make sure they are passed on to the team. In relation to the bed linen issue I am led to believe that this was changed in line with our usual practices and not left for 3-weeks - this has already been discussed with you in person to your satisfaction by the home manager.
Unfortunately, Covid-19 is still around and whilst for many life is able to continue, for the most vulnerable strict government and local authority guidelines are still having to be adhered to. These are being relaxed in some ways but there are still restrictions and these are forever changing I'm afraid, however, your comments are taken on board and should a lockdown happen in the future we will try our best to communicate with everyone as effectively as we can.

I have spoken to the manager and she has explained that she needed to check that she could handover your friend's possessions given you were not their next of kin. I appreciate this may have been inconvenient but the manager just wanted to make sure this was allowed. I am sorry that this took longer than it probably should have. Kind regards.
