The full fee is as stated above, Local Authority Funded beds, there will be a Top Up charge; en-suite £55.00 per week. Non en-suite £35.00 per week. Services included in the fee are; Laundry, energy costs, activities, full English Breakfast, a choice of 3 meals at lunch time and a sweet trolley, sandwiches or hot snack at tea, assorted cakes. Supper snacks and snacks a drinks throughout the day, plus we have a room service menu. There are extra costs for Hairdressing and Chiropody.
Visiting is anytime up to 9pm, there are exceptions to this, please speak to the Manager. Beechy Knoll have a conservatory where people can visit privately, please ring and book to avoid disappointment. The garden area is also available and can be used to visit.
Beechy Knoll have a car park at the front of the building which is free to use.

I am sorry to hear that this lady felt that she had an unpleasant stay at Beechy Knoll. I have looked into the comments made, this lady had a fall prior to her stay at Beechy Knoll, where she sustained an injury to her finger, I believe this lady is mixing her recent fall at home with Beechy Knoll, staff report this lady was very pleasant and enjoyed her stay, she participated in activities and ate well during her stay. We would be more than happy to welcome this lady back to Beechy Knoll.

Thank you for this review, the team at Beechy Knoll are exceptional and have shown so much care and understanding during this unprecedented time, always ensuring residents are enjoying their lives, our Activity Co-ordinator ensures residents are doing what interests them, there is something for everyone every day. Keeping Covid 19 out of the home has been an ongoing struggle, but all the hard work has paid off. We will continue to keep up the high standards of infection control and continue to ensure residents and staff are happy and work towards the gradual easing of the lockdown. We are looking forward to inviting back visitors in the near future, I am sure you will all understand this is being managed by the Corona Crisis Management Team at Pearlcare who have resident's and staff's best interest at heart.

Being only 54 but needing hoisting,
I have to say that I no longer have any fear of ending up in a care home due to my Multiple Sclerosis. I would be more than happy to return to Beechy Knoll.

When entering the premises you immediately get the feeling of stepping into someones home. It has a welcoming, homely feel to it. What it lacks in modern decor it makes up for 10 fold in a welcoming, positive environment. The staff do an amazing job and are so patient. There are creative activities, treatments for residents, shows and lots of social activities to keep residents active and occupied. The food is also good and residents are monitored at all times.
I would not hesitate to recommend Beechy Knoll as a care home for your loved one.

Our Activities Co-Ordinator, meets with residents on admission to chat and find out what they have done and enjoyed in the past and what they would like to do in the future. There are many activities on offer and residents are encouraged to express their creativity. On offer there are arts and crafts, baking, keep fit, reminiscence, pamper sessions, gardening, bingo, pub afternoon and many more suited to the unique individual resident.
