In regards to staff looking at mobile phones, we will pass this on to the home manager to raise this with the team; however, our staff at Cotleigh use person-centred software via handheld devices to log the daily recordings of our residents in real-time rather than writing them on paper forms, which may explain the presence mobile phones in the home. If you have any concerns about this or would like further information on how our staff use this software, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
