Staff are always friendly and helpful, kind and caring towards Mum. My daughter and I were invited to the Christmas day dinner which was very nice. Mum's room is nice and bright and cheerful. She is looking forward to doing some gardening soon.

All the staff are excellent and most helpful to my mum. The home do lots of activities for the residents and keep them entertained. The overall care is first class and the home facilities are marvellous. When I go to visit my mum I usually have a meal with her and can confirm the food is excellent.

The staff provide excellent care and are quick to respond to any requirements needed by the residents.
Care workers are well presented, polite, considerate and welcoming. My mother's room is very clean and tidy .
Overall I am very impressed with the care home and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Prior
Bank to people with similar circumstances.

Thank you to all the staff and manager for going above and beyond to look after my mother, who is happy and content to stay at Prior bank. It is a clean and well kept residential home. All the staff are welcoming when we visit and always offer us a cup of tea!

I'm really pleased how quickly my mum has settled in she seems more relaxed, clean, warm and well-fed. The thing for me is I know she's very safe and I really enjoy watching her on social media when she's being entertained with all the different entertainers that go into the home. When she first went
in, she wasn't eating a lot but now she's eating well. All the staff are very friendly and interact with all the residents and all the families that come to visit. Love from the family!

As my mother has early-onset dementia and my father has recently been diagnosed with cancer, living at home has become untenable. As a family, we needed them to be somewhere where we knew that they would be safe and cared for. Prior Bank has become that place. It's close to their home and close to us,
as a family, to visit easily.
Although it's fair to say, that my mother has found it harder to settle and to accept the situation, the staff have done everything they can to try to help both of them. They have been very accommodating, and only want what's best for them both. We are very happy with the home and hope that both Mum and Dad will both realise that they are in the best place for them.

My mum has been in Prior Bank for over 2 years now & continues to have lots of happy days. The staff are amazing & nothing is too much trouble. The level of kindness shown knows no abounds & I am so grateful to them for all the little touches that make a difference. Mum thinks & refers to the carers
as her friends which is lovely. I'm so relieved that Mum is safe, happy & comfortable.

I'm always so impressed by the friendliness of all the staff. Whatever time of day I turn up they are always welcoming. Dad has been well looked after and the home has accommodated any requests we've made. Highly recommended.

Mum has lived here for 5 years now and though confused at times she does feel at home. She enjoys the many activities and also how the staff has got to know her "ways". I feel reassured that all the staff have her best interests at heart and will always do their best to keep her happy.

The staff at Prior Bank are all wonderful, the care home feels like a family. The home is lovely, the bedrooms in particular are finished to a very high standard and very pleasant to spend time in. Staff call weekly to update us on doctor visits. My grandmother has been in many care homes and this is
by far the happiest, and very well looked after. We also find in comparison to previous homes, Prior Bank is very good value for money. Couldn't recommend Prior Bank more.

My wife entered the home 3 years ago at which time I did not think she would last 6 months. She is settled to an extent where the care home is her home. Her good state of health and well-being is entirely due to the dedicated staff and management.

My mother has been a resident of Prior Bank for over 18 months. The care she has received during that time has been excellent. The staff always treat Mum with respect and dignity as they do with all residents. I am impressed with the activities available. It's a busy environment for all the staff but
it doesn't appear that any residents receive less compassion because of this. The staff, team leaders and management are extremely approachable and nothing is too much trouble. Any requests are dealt with efficiently and effectively.

I just want to say thank you so much to all the staff at Prior Bank. My mum is a resident there and celebrated her 101st birthday on the 30th of April this year. When I arrived there on that day I could not believe what they had done for her. The lounge was beautifully decorated with balloons and banners.
There were flowers and a birthday cake. Mum looked beautiful with her hair done and nails too. She sat on her throne wearing a sash and tiara. Prior Bank is an amazing place.

My mum was only in Prior Bank for a short time before she was moved to a nursing home. The short stay was a very happy and comfortable time for her. The care she received was amazing, all the staff are so friendly, kind, and caring, they treat all the residents like they are family.

Mum has been at Prior Bank for 2 years. She always hated the idea of going into a care home so it was very upsetting for her. She has been difficult at times, especially in relation to personal care but the staff have always been patient and respectful with her. She has settled now and more accepting
of help. The staff are always kind and compassionate, treating everyone as an individual rather than just someone with dementia. Mum has put on weight and has ready access to medical care if necessary. I know mum is safe and well cared for which gives me peace of mind.
