A very caring friendly environment. My mum has lived here for two years and she has always been treated with respect and I feel the staff care deeply for her.
The last year has been a difficult time but I think the home have done their best to facilitate visits and quickly implement any changes in
guidance.
Although my mum has Alzheimer’s I know she feels safe and well cared for.

Mum receives excellent care, most staff, particularly the seniors/management and team leaders - going the extra mile. Sometimes the cleaners could do a better job.

The care home is very nice and clean. The staff are very professional and caring and cannot do any more than they do. The room is very nice, clean and cosy. The facilities are very secure.

All the staff at Prior Bank were extremely kind to my mother and to myself throughout the three months she lived there. This was especially apparent when my mum was at the end of her life. I felt, and I believed she did too, that we had an extended family who helped me to care for her. She died very
peacefully, holding my hand on October 23rd 2021.

Mum is well looked after and the carers notice and understand what Mum likes and how she is day to day. They notice and act if something is unusual. We are very happy with the consistent care she's received over the last couple of years and how the home have kept us up to date with any issues arising.
Mum says she's very comfortable.

I am very happy with the care Prior Bank are providing for my relative. I find the staff kind, friendly, caring and are always welcoming. The management are excellent at keeping me informed. Since lockdown, I've been kept up to date on Mum's progress. I have every confidence in the team at Prior Bank. In challenging times they've looked after Mum, kept me up to date regularly and now have the app that lets us stay in touch. Staff are excellent, nothing is too much trouble. And I can see
how much the team care for Mum.

All the staff are very helpful when we telephone. They understand dementia and care for all of Dad's needs. Dad did not understand the "window visit" and I really hope we can have an indoor visit again soon.

I find the main body of staff to be welcoming, caring and professional with most of them prepared to go the extra mile. They make a huge effort to mark celebration times like Christmas and work hard to provide entertainment. I am treated with care and kindness and my phone enquiries over lockdown have
always been treated with tact, consideration and honesty; vital to me during the lockdown. Food and beverages are very good, time and care is spent helping the less able residents to eat - could do with smaller cutlery. My only criticism is that the lounge is not large enough to seat everyone comfortably but that is the nature of the building. Well done everyone!
