This characterful home is in a wonderful setting with beautiful gardens. It's very well maintained inside and out by an industrious, skilful maintenance man. Cleaners, domestic staff, chefs, care assistants, etc. are competent at their jobs and engage well with residents, reassuring them where necessary. The food is wonderful and there's always a varied menu. Activities are led by a thoroughly enthusiastic entertainments coordinator and are very varied, aiming to meet the needs of all residents.
Overall, the employees of Glen Rosa and Kitwood house are utterly devoted, kind, compassionate people who give 100% commitment to the residents.

Thank you for your review, we offer full cooked breakfast regularly and even though your mother no longer comes downstairs, she can still have a cooked breakfast if she requests one in her room. I will speak to the kitchen staff to ensure this happens, but please always come and see me with any issues, the lady in question was poorly and quite confused at the time she went into your mother's room, so this should no longer be a concern.
