My Mother in Law arrived at Lee Mount a year ago. We really did our research into finding somewhere suitable for her. To find Lee Mount was such a blessing. From the moment she arrived, she seemed to settle in well. They cared for her above and beyond and showed real compassion and love for her and
treated her with a great deal of respect and dignity. She, unfortunately, passed away last week and the end of life care she was given at Lee Mount was second to none. As I say, they all went above and beyond to check that her last weeks/days were spent in a warm, loving environment. They have offered tremendous support to my husband and I, also in the months/weeks and days leading up to her passing. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you to two certain members of staff all the team at Lee Mount for helping to make my mother in law comfortable and happy during her last year with us all. We are very very grateful to you for everything.

The care that my dad received during his time at Lee Mount residential home was second to none. He was in the late stages of dementia and also suffered from prostate cancer, which meant that he required 24 hour care. He was treated with kindness and dignity, never left on his own and the staff were
attentive and caring. The care that he received was exemplary and professional.
On arriving at the home, he had spent several weeks in hospital and arrived at the home in a desperate state. The staff took immediate action, he was washed and given clean clothes and given food and drink. When we visited him, his room was always spotlessly clean and warm. During his stay, he made some new friends and was happy. The staff interacted with the residents, giving them stimulating activities such as puzzles to keep them occupied.
My dad passed away peacefully and with dignity. Our family would like to thank the staff and owners of Lee Mount Residential Home on his behalf. Thank You!
